In addition to any other penalty provided by law, the county commissioners may revoke a bingo license forthwith if: (1) the county commissioners determine after an investigation that: (i) the license holder made a false statement in the application for the license; or (ii) the conduct of licensed bingo at the premises named in the license would: 1. disturb the peace of the neighborhood; 2. create a nuisance; or 3. be detrimental to the morals, health, or welfare of the community; or (2) the license holder is convicted of: (i) violating §§ 13-705 through 13-707 of this subtitle; or (ii) a felony.
