The following organizations are not required to obtain a license under § 13-705 of this subtitle to conduct bingo: (1) a religious organization; (2) a patriotic organization; (3) an educational organization; (4) a charitable or benevolent organization; (5) a civic organization; (6) a volunteer fire company; or (7) any other organization that is authorized under § 13-703 of this subtitle and Subtitle 2 of this title to conduct bingo in the county.
