(a) Before an organization may conduct a gaming event, the organization shall obtain a permit from the county commissioners. (b) An organization may conduct a gaming event in the county if the organization is: (1) a volunteer fire company; or (2) a bona fide: (i) religious organization; (ii) fraternal organization; (iii) civic organization; (iv) war veterans' organization; or (v) charitable organization. (c) (1) The permit shall state: (i) the nature of any gaming device to be operated at the gaming event; and (ii) the frequency with which the gaming event will be conducted. (2) The county commissioners may charge a reasonable fee for a permit.
