(a) The county commissioners may not issue more than two multiple
gaming device permits to an organization in any 1 year.
(b) The county commissioners may not issue:
(1) more than eight multiple gaming device permits for fundraisers
to be held in any one facility in any 1 year; or
(2) more than three multiple gaming device permits for fundraisers
to be held in any one facility in any 27-day period.
(c) A multiple gaming device permit issued under this part is valid for only
one fundraiser lasting not more than 6 hours.
(d) The county commissioners may not issue a multiple gaming device
permit for use in Ocean City or on real property that is owned by Ocean City and
located in the county.
(e) The county commissioners may not issue a multiple gaming device
permit to hold a fundraiser on premises that are licensed under a Class B or Class D
alcoholic beverages license.
