To benefit charity in the county or to further the purposes of an organization qualified to conduct bingo under this section, an organization may conduct bingo if the organization is a bona fide: (1) religious organization; (2) fraternal organization; (3) war veterans' organization; (4) charitable organization; or (5) volunteer fire company operating in a community that does not have a paid fire department.
