(a) (1) An indictment for violating the prohibition against gaming is sufficient if it states that the defendant kept a gaming device. (2) The indictment need not state the particular kind of gaming or gaming device involved in the alleged violation. (b) A defendant, on timely request, may obtain a bill of particulars.
