(a) Before trial, a court exercising criminal jurisdiction in a case involving a child may order the child to undergo blood lead level testing. (b) A copy of the results of a test performed under subsection (a) of this section shall be provided to: (1) the child; (2) the child's parent or guardian; (3) the child's counsel; and (4) the State's Attorney.
