A State's Attorney shall prepare and submit to the Division of Parole and Probation and the Division of Correction a summary of the facts and evidence in each case tried in the circuit court for the county served by the State's Attorney in which: (1) the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for 18 months or more; and (2) the Division of Parole and Probation did not prepare a presentence investigation report.
