Nothing in this subtitle may be interpreted or construed to: (1) Provide a private right of action under this subtitle or any other law; (2) Impose liability in a manner that is inconsistent with 47 U.S.C. § 230; (3) Prevent or preclude a child from deliberately or independently searching for or specifically requesting content; or (4) Require a covered entity to implement an age-gating requirement.
