(a) In an international commercial arbitration proceeding in this State, a court of this State may not intervene unless otherwise permitted by this subtitle and the statutes and laws incorporated by this subtitle. (b) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the court shall make any determination provided for in this subtitle without a jury.
