(a) Except as provided by law other than this subtitle, during the collaborative law process a party shall: (1) On the request of another party, make timely, full, candid, and informal disclosure of information related to the collaborative matter without formal discovery; and (2) Update promptly previously disclosed information that has materially changed. (b) Parties may define the scope of disclosure during the collaborative law process.
