(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. (b) "Injured person" means any person having a claim in tort for injury to person or property. (c) "Joint tort-feasors" means two or more persons jointly or severally liable in tort for the same injury to person or property, whether or not judgment has been recovered against all or some of them.
