(a) If the appraiser determines that the defendant's property cannot be divided to satisfy a judgment without loss to the defendant, the sheriff shall sell the property. After the sale, the defendant is entitled to $100 from the proceeds of sale. (b) The sheriff may not sell the property if the proceeds of sale would be less than $100. (c) This section applies only when a single parcel of land or single item of personal property is levied on.
