(a) (1) Except as otherwise provided in this subtitle, notice of each
meeting of the members shall be mailed or provided by electronic transmission to
each member not less than 10 days or more than 90 days before the date of the
meeting.
(2) The notice shall state:
(i) For a meeting that will be held in person or with a
combination of in-person and virtual attendance, the time and place of the meeting;
(ii) For a meeting that will be held virtually or with a
combination of in-person and virtual attendance, the time of and instructions for
attending the meeting; and
(iii) For a special meeting, the purpose of the meeting.
(b) (1) A person entitled to notice of a meeting may waive notice in
writing or by electronic transmission either before or after the meeting.
(2) If a person entitled to notice of a meeting attends the meeting, the
person's presence shall constitute a waiver of notice of the meeting, unless the person
participates in the meeting solely to object to the transaction of any business because
the meeting has not been legally called or convened.
