A person may not act as a fund-raising counsel unless the person's agreement with the charitable organization states: (1) the names and addresses of the parties; (2) the services to be provided; (3) the number of persons to be involved in providing the services; (4) the time when the services are to be provided; and (5) the method and formula for compensation.
