(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. (b) "Restaurant" means an establishment that: (1) accommodates the public; (2) provides seating; and (3) is equipped with facilities for preparing and serving food. (c) "Restaurant license" means a license issued by the clerk to operate a restaurant or other eating place.
