(a) An applicant for a license to act as a licensed other tobacco products manufacturer shall maintain in the State an established place of business for the manufacture and storage of other tobacco products. (b) An applicant for a license to act as an other tobacco products storage warehouse shall maintain an established place of business for storage of other tobacco products on which the tobacco tax has not been paid. (c) An applicant for a license to act as an other tobacco products wholesaler shall maintain: (1) an established place of business, including warehouse facilities, for the sale of other tobacco products; and (2) necessary equipment and vehicles for the storage and distribution of other tobacco products.
