(a) To qualify for a license, an applicant shall be an individual who meets the requirements of this section. (b) An applicant shall be at least 18 years old. (c) An applicant shall meet the educational and experience requirements under § 9-303 of this subtitle. (d) Except as otherwise provided in this subtitle, the applicant shall pass the examination given by the Board under this subtitle.
