The Board shall reinstate the certificate of an interior designer who has failed to renew the certificate for any reason if the interior designer: (1) meets the renewal requirements under § 8-307 of this subtitle; (2) pays to the Board the reinstatement fee as set by the Board; (3) submits to the Board a reinstatement application on the form that the Board provides; and (4) earns two continuing education units in courses approved by the Board in a 2-year period immediately preceding the request for reinstatement.
