(a) The Board shall examine all engineers who are at least 18 years old and who otherwise qualify for examination. (b) The Board periodically shall offer the examinations required under this subtitle to qualified applicants at the times and places that the Board determines. (c) The Board shall give each qualified applicant notice of the time and place of examination. (d) The Board shall determine the subjects, scope, and form of and passing scores for examinations given under this subtitle.
