(a) A majority of the voting members then serving on the Board is a quorum. (b) (1) The Board shall meet at least twice a year at a location and in an office provided by the State. (2) The Board may hold special meetings as provided in its regulations. (3) The Board shall meet with and consult the Board of Boiler Rules as necessary but at least one time each year. (c) A member of the Board: (1) may not receive compensation; but (2) is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget. (d) The Board may employ a staff in accordance with the State budget.
