(a) In addition to any powers set forth elsewhere, the Board may administer oaths. (b) In addition to any duties set forth elsewhere, the Board shall: (1) adopt a seal; (2) keep a record of its proceedings; (3) keep records at its principal office; and (4) provide copies of its regulations to persons regulated by the Board. (c) The Board shall keep a record that, for each application for a license, registration, or permit, shows: (1) the name of the applicant; (2) the place of business or employment of the applicant; (3) the address of the place of business or employment; and (4) the action of the Board on the application.
