(a) To qualify for a license, an applicant shall meet the requirements of this section. (b) The applicant and anyone the applicant employs as a private home detention monitor shall be of good character and reputation. (c) The applicant and all individuals employed as private home detention monitors shall satisfy the minimum training and experience requirements provided in regulations adopted by the Secretary.
