While a license is in effect, it authorizes the licensee to: (1) conduct a business that provides security guard services for compensation or for hire; (2) maintain an office for the conduct of business at each location stated in the security guard agency license certificate; (3) employ individuals as security guards to provide security guard services to the public on behalf of the licensee; and (4) represent the licensee to the public as a licensed security guard agency.
