(a) The Commission shall: (1) transmit to the Appraisal Subcommittee of the Federal Financial Institutions Examinations Council a roster of State certified and licensed appraisers as required by § 1109(a)(1) of the federal Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery, and Enforcement Act of 1989; and (2) collect and transmit to the appropriate federal authority those fees required by § 1109(a)(2) of the federal Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery, and Enforcement Act of 1989. (b) (1) There is a Federal Appraisal Fee Fund within the Commission. (2) The Fund is a special account to be used to disburse money to the appropriate federal authority under subsection (a)(2) of this section.
