(a) Subject to any regulation that the Board adopts, it may reinstate a license that has been revoked. (b) A license may be reinstated under this section only on: (1) the affirmative vote of a majority of the members of the Board then serving; and (2) payment to the Board of a reinstatement fee set by the Board.
