(a) There is a Class B-MB (micro-brewery/restaurant) license. (b) The Board may issue the license to a holder of a Class 7 micro-brewery license. (c) The license authorizes the license holder to sell at retail: (1) beer and light wine by the drink or bottle and liquor by the drink for on-premises consumption, including: (i) in a banquet room or banquet facility that is on the licensed premises; and (ii) on a patio that is part of the licensed premises as evidenced by lease documents or by agreement of the owner of the licensed premises; and (2) beer and light wine by the bottle for off-premises consumption. (d) The hours and days of sale are: (1) for on-premises consumption: (i) from Monday through Saturday, from 7 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and (ii) on Sunday, from 1 p.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and (2) for off-premises consumption, from Monday through Saturday, from 7 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day. (e) The annual license fee is $900.
