(a) This section applies to a Class 7 micro-brewery license in the county. (b) A holder of the license: (1) may brew a malt beverage in one location and contract for the bottling of the malt beverage in another location; and (2) (i) shall meet the requirements for a restaurant for which a Class B beer, wine, and liquor license is sought; but (ii) need not meet the requirements for a hotel or motel for which a Class B beer, wine, and liquor license is sought; and (3) is not subject to the manufacturing and licensing prohibitions under § 2-209(e) of this article.
