(a) A license holder may not allow an individual who is not a consumer to loiter about the place of business for which the license is issued. (b) A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 2 years or a fine not exceeding $1,000 or both.
