(a) A license holder whose license has the privilege that allows the sale of alcoholic beverages by clubs may not lease the privilege to a person who, by an agreement with the license holder, may make a profit from the license. (b) A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 2 years or a fine not exceeding $1,000 or both.
