Fines imposed in the county shall be distributed as follows: (1) one-half of each fine as provided under § 7-507 of the Courts Article; and (2) (i) if the offense is committed in a municipality, one-quarter to the municipality and one-quarter to the county; or (ii) if the offense is committed outside of a municipality, one- half to the county.
