(a) The Board may issue a per diem entertainment license of any class.
(b) The license authorizes the holder to exercise a privilege conferred by
that class of license at an entertainment event only on property that the county owns.
(c) To qualify for the license, a person shall submit an application not less
than 30 days before the day on which the license is to take effect.
(d) The license is valid for a period not exceeding 5 consecutive days.
(e) (1) The fee for the license shall be set by the Board of County
Commissioners on the recommendation of the Board of License Commissioners.
(2) The Board of County Commissioners shall:
(i) distribute $100 of the license fee to the Board of License
Commissioners; and

(ii) donate the balance of the license fee to a charitable
organization that is tax exempt under § 501(c)(3) or (4) of the United States Internal
Revenue Code.
(3) The license holder, with the approval of the Board of County
Commissioners, shall designate the charitable organization to be the recipient of the
donation under paragraph (2)(ii) of this subsection.
