(a) There is a Class C (volunteer company) beer, wine, and liquor license. (b) The Board may issue the license for use by: (1) a volunteer fire company; (2) a volunteer ambulance company; or (3) a combined volunteer fire and ambulance company. (c) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer, wine, and liquor for on-premises or off-premises consumption. (d) A customer need not be a member of the company for which the license is issued or a member's guest. (e) The license holder may sell beer, wine, and liquor during the hours and days as set out for a Class C beer, wine, and liquor license under § 9-2004 of this title. (f) The annual license fee is $500.
