(a) There is a Class B-TM (theater/museum) beer, wine, and liquor license.
(b) The Board may issue the license for the use of a theater/museum that
has a ballroom with seating for a maximum of 300 individuals per event.
(c) The license authorizes the license holder to sell at retail beer, wine, and
liquor for on-premises consumption and in conjunction with:
(1) a regular exhibit opening; or
(2) a fund-raising event for the benefit of the theater/museum.
(d) The license holder may sell beer, wine, and liquor for on-premises
consumption on Sunday through Saturday beginning 2 hours before the exhibit
opening or event, during the exhibit opening or event, and for 2 hours after the end
of the exhibit opening or event.
(e) (1) A license on behalf of the theater/museum shall be applied for and
issued to the president and two other officers of the theater/museum.
(2) At least two of the applicants shall be residents of the county.
(f) The annual fee for the license is $350.
