(a) A local licensing board may issue a per diem license for the periods and at the fees specified in this subtitle or by the local licensing board. (b) An application for a per diem license shall be: (1) on the form that the Executive Director requires; and (2) signed and sworn to by the applicant. (c) A per diem license may be issued only if the issuance of a regular license of the same class is authorized.
