(a) This section applies to a Class 7 micro-brewery license in the county. (b) Notwithstanding § 2-209 (b) of this article, the license may be issued only to the holder of: (1) a Class B beer, wine, and liquor (on-sale) license that is issued for use on the premises of a restaurant located in the county; or (2) a holder of a Class D beer (off-sale) license that is issued for use on the premises of the Class D license if the premises is located in the Town of Berlin. (c) The hours and days of sale under a Class 7 micro-brewery license are the same as those for a Class D license.
