(a) In addition to the procedures under § 4-603 of this article, the Board shall notify the license holder of the complaint by: (1) personal service on the license holder or any adult employee of the license holder; or (2) any other method of service of notice that conforms with Maryland Rules 2-121 and 2-122. (b) If notice is given to an adult employee of the license holder under subsection (a) of this section, the Board shall mail a copy of the notice or a letter describing the contents of the notice to the home or business address of the license holder within 72 hours after the notice is given to the adult employee.
