Maryland Code § ABC-33-1403

Section ABC-33-1403

An applicant for a license shall include a signed statement that:
(1) the applicant has never offered a plea of nolo contendere to a
felony indictment which was accepted by a court; and
(2) (i) the applicant has not been convicted of a felony; or
(ii) if the application is made on behalf of a corporation, neither
the applicant nor the stockholders of the corporation have been convicted of a felony.
