(a) There is a 1-day beer and wine tasting license.
(b) The Board may issue not more than two licenses per year.
(c) The Board may issue a license to an organization representing local
governments in the State for the primary purpose of promoting products and
businesses from across the State.
(d) An organization may apply for not more than one license per year.
(e) The license authorizes the holder to allow the on-premises consumption,
for tasting, of beer or wine on the premises of the Ocean City Convention Center, with
the approval of the management of the Ocean City Convention Center.
(f) A license holder may serve:
(1) wine in a quantity of not more than 2 ounces from each offering;
or

(2) beer in a quantity of not more than 3 ounces from each offering.
(g) An individual who serves beer or wine shall have a certificate of
completion of an alcohol awareness program, as defined in § 4-505 of this article.
(h) An organization shall apply for the license at least 15 days before the
license is issued.
(i) The license fee is $100.
