(a) There is a racetrack:
(1) beer license;
(2) beer and wine license; and
(3) beer, wine, and liquor license.
(b) (1) The Board may issue a license under this section to:
(i) the owner of a licensed horse racing establishment that
holds public meetings at which pari-mutuel betting is allowed; or
(ii) the concessionaire or catering organization at the racing
establishment, whether an individual, an association, or a corporation.
(2) There are no residential or voting qualifications for a license
under this section.

(c) The license authorizes the license holder to sell the alcoholic beverages
stated on the license at one or more locations in the racing park of the license holder.
(d) A license holder may purchase:
(1) beer, wine, and liquor from a holder of a wholesaler's license; or
(2) wine and liquor from the county Department of Liquor Control,
which shall sell wine and liquor to a license holder at a discount of at least 15% from
the retail sales price or any special sale price or discount price, whichever is lower.
(e) The annual fee for:
(1) the beer license is the same as the fee for other beer licenses in
the county;
(2) the beer and wine license is the same as the fee for other beer and
wine licenses in the county; and
(3) the beer, wine, and liquor license is $1,500.
