(a) A holder of a Class A beer license may sell beer under: (1) a 6-day license, on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to midnight; or (2) a 7-day license, on Monday through Sunday, from 6 a.m. to midnight. (b) (1) A holder of a Class B (hotel and restaurant) beer license may sell beer: (i) for off-premises consumption, from 6 a.m. to midnight; and (ii) for on-premises consumption: 1. on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and 2. on Sunday, from 10 a.m. to midnight, only to customers who are seated at tables on the premises. (2) The license holder may not sell beer at a bar or counter on Sunday. (c) (1) A holder of a Class C beer license may sell beer on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to midnight. (2) The license holder may not sell beer at a bar or counter on Sunday. (d) A holder of a Class D beer license may sell beer from 6 a.m. to midnight.
