(a) There is a Class C beer, wine, and liquor license. (b) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer, wine, and liquor at a club, at the place described in the license, for on-premises consumption. (c) (1) The annual license fee is: (i) $500 for a club with fewer than 600 members, including social members; and (ii) $1,000 for a club with at least 600 members, including social members. (2) The fee for a Sunday permit is $250.
