(a) In this section, "Festival" means the Washington County Wine Festival. (b) There is a Washington County Wine Festival (WF) license. (c) The Board may issue the license to a holder of a retail license, Class 3 winery license, or Class 4 limited winery license. (d) The license authorizes the holder to display and sell wine that is distributed in the State. (e) A license holder shall display and sell wine: (1) at retail for on- and off-premises consumption; and (2) during the hours and days designated for the Festival. (f) The Board: (1) each year may choose 2 weekends for the Festival; (2) shall choose locations that are not already licensed; and (3) shall ensure that the primary focus of the Festival is the promotion of Maryland wine. (g) The license holder may hold another license of a different class or nature. (h) The license fee is $20. (i) The Board shall adopt regulations to carry out this section.
