(a) There is a Class C (country and golf club) beer, wine, and liquor license.
(b) An application for the license shall be signed by three officers of the
country and golf club.
(c) The Board may issue the license for use by a country and golf club that:
(1) has at least 200 members paying dues of at least $30 per year per
member; and
(2) maintains a regular or championship golf course of at least nine
holes.
(d) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer, wine, and liquor to
members of the club and their guests at retail at the place described in the license for
consumption on the premises and grounds of the club.
(e) The license holder may sell beer, wine, and liquor during the hours and
days as set out for a Class C beer, wine, and liquor license under § 31-2004 of this
title.
(f) (1) The annual license fee is $1,000 for the license year that begins
in May.
(2) The fee for a Sunday permit is $250.
