(a) (1) A holder of a 6-day Class A beer license may sell beer on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day. (2) A holder of a 7-day Class A beer license may sell beer: (i) on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and (ii) on Sunday, from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day. (b) A holder of a Class B beer license may sell beer: (1) on Monday, from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and (2) on Tuesday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day. (c) A holder of a Class C beer license may sell beer: (1) on Monday, from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and (2) on Tuesday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day. (d) A holder of a Class D beer license may sell beer: (1) on Monday, from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and (2) on Tuesday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.
