(a) Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, a consumer may not remain on the premises of an establishment that sells alcoholic beverages after the hours of sale end. (b) On Sunday morning, a consumer may remain on the premises of an establishment that sells alcoholic beverages for one-half hour after the hours of sale end.
