(a) The Board may deny a license renewal if the license holder or a stockholder of the corporation that uses the license has been convicted of a felony. (b) The Board: (1) shall hold a public hearing before renewing a license under the circumstances described in subsection (a) of this section; and (2) may inquire into all relevant facts and circumstances concerning the felony offense at the hearing.
