(a) There is: (1) a Class C per diem beer license; (2) a Class C per diem beer and wine license; and (3) a Class C per diem beer, wine, and liquor license. (b) The Board may: (1) issue a license to a: (i) religious, fraternal, civic, veterans', or charitable organization, association, club, or society; or (ii) hospital supporting organization; and (2) impose conditions on the license. (c) The period for which a license under this section may be issued is: (1) for a Class C per diem beer license, not longer than 10 days; (2) for a Class C per diem beer and wine license, 1 day; and (3) for a Class C per diem beer, wine, and liquor license, 1 day. (d) A license holder may purchase the alcoholic beverages to be sold under the license from a retail dealer. (e) The license holder may hold another license of a different class or nature.
