(a) There is a Class B (conference center) beer, wine, and liquor license. (b) The Board may issue the license for use in a conference center that has the following facilities to accommodate at least 100 individuals: (1) a kitchen facility; (2) a dining facility; and (3) overnight facilities. (c) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer, wine, and liquor for on-premises consumption to individuals attending an event at the conference center. (d) The license holder may sell beer, wine, and liquor during the hours and days as set out for a Class B beer, wine, and liquor license under § 27-2004 of this title. (e) The annual license fee is $1,500.
