(a) There is a Class B-MB/22 license in the county. (b) The license may be issued only to a holder of a Class 7 micro-brewery license in the 22nd legislative district. (c) The license authorizes the holder to sell liquor by the drink for on- premises consumption. (d) A license holder may also hold a Class D license. (e) The annual license fee is $1,090.
